Exchange and Return Policy

At Rateez, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing a clear and smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Return Period
Return and refund requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and not connected to any electrical or water supply, and in the same condition as received.

Inspection of Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original item value may apply, in addition to shipping fees.

Customized & Special Orders
Products that are custom-made or specially ordered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products
Return requests for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
After this period, such cases will be handled under the warranty policy.

Right to Refuse
Rateez reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above policy.
